Nothing surprising here, another excellent coffee from Ethiopia. Delicate and floral, it's reminiscent of rooibos tea and finishes with notes of blackberries. The acidity is just present enough to make this coffee vibrant and juicy. It's the kind of coffee that is highly appreciated in filter, V60, or French press, but it will work well no matter the method!
