I like how smooth it is to drink what I am unsure about is it’s hard to tell the notes and I will drink to drink multiple cups to know if I like it or not. Very 50/50 about this coffee after the first cup

Bu en espresso, latte et pour-over. Bien apprecié ce café aux notes plus acide. Surprenamment, avait un gout bien present meme en latté. J’aurais aime avoir un plus gros sac :)

The roast is darker than expected, and I could taste more toffee and milk chocolate notes compared to clementine and floral. Perhaps would work better as an espresso rather than a pour over.
