Colombia Red Condor Espresso

Our partners at Forest Coffee source this fantastic Colombia espresso coffee bean, and we are delighted to feature it. This new origin is sweet, with a complex profile and flavours, such as red apple. We are thrilled to work with local growers on this project and highlight the extraordinary quality of this area. In working with Forest Coffee, they collaborated with five coffee growers—Duver Samboni, Mercedes Rojas, Reinel Perdomo, and Don Ovidio Ascencio—who helped develop a process involving 24 hours of fermentation and sun-drying the cherries to obtain a homogeneous cup full of sweetness and highlighting this particular Colombian coffee.
