Colis Resistencia

Cafe Colis Resistencia is a community project from the Xinca people in Guatemala, resisting a Canadian mining project that threatens their land and coffee farms.

This lot, produced by 7 local farmers at 1800 m and imported with Semilla Coffee, is a washed coffee made from Pache, San Ramón, and Catuai varieties.

It offers a classic, round, and sweet espresso with notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and a hint of blackberry.
