A truly vibrant and untamed coffee, Cherry Wild is a celebration of the innovative spirit in Planadas, Tolima. Produced by the local community of approximately 175 farming families—many belonging to the progressive ASOPEP cooperative—this lot utilizes a meticulous Natural Anaerobic process on Castillo and Caturra varieties, grown at high altitudes (1,500-2,200 MASL). The result is a cup bursting with complex, lively flavors: juicy Cherry, rich Spiced Fruitcake depth, and a sparkling zest of Tangerine. An exceptional, high-acidity coffee with a full body.
