A blend of Brazilian Yellow Bourbon and Guatemalan Red & Yellow Catui, it is especially delicious with milk and provides a low-acid, sweet cup.

For a medium dark roast coffee, it tastes more on the blonde side. The beans seem slightly over roasted as the grinds are fluffy and the crema disappears quickly. It has subtle notes of milk chocolate with a lingering taste of hazelnut. An average cup of coffee!
