Coming in fresh from farmer Luis Pedro Zelaya and Bella Carmona Farm is another spectacular offering. His natural process lot this year offers rich notes of Concord Grape, Panela, Blueberry, and Jasmine, with a clean and structured profile. This is the second lot from Bella Carmona this year and one of many we have had the pleasure of featuring over the years from the Zelaya family, who are renowned in Antigua for their incredible coffees. Amazingly versatile, try this coffee out on everything from espresso to Aeropress and pour-over. However you decide to brew it, this coffee's stunning sweetness and complexity will shine through.
