Bekele

A natural Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region. It is intensely syrupy and sweet with black cherry and floral notes of dark honey. Suitable for espresso to highlight intense cherry notes or for filter coffee to obtain the delicate notes of dark honey. Produced by Bekele Balacho, a leader of a collective of small independent farmer-exporters in Ethiopia, who runs a farm in Hora Ganet and a drying station in Kokose.
