**English version below J’ai adoré @johnnyalloo . Magnifiquement situé dans un bâtiment de 1870, rénové pendant 14 mois et baptisé du nom du premier restaurateur de Ballarat. Les murs en briques apparentes lui confèrent une atmosphère chaleureuse et nostalgique, sublimée par la décoration et la musique d’artistes comme The Cranberries, The Cure et The Cult, créant une atmosphère si agréable que j’aurais pu y rester une partie de la journée. Consommation: Flatwhite et kouign-amann excellent. • I loved @johnnyalloo . Beautifully located in an 1870 building that underwent a 14-month transformation and was named after Ballarat’s first restaurateur. The exposed brick walls give it a warm, nostalgic look, complemented by the decor and music from artists like The Cranberries, The Cure, and The Cult, providing a feel-good atmosphere that I could have stayed there for part of the day. Consumption: Flatwhite and kouign-amann excellent.
