Vous connaissez mon faible pour les boulangeries. Les découvrir équivaudrait à visiter un café☺️. Une chose à retenir : plus vous arrivez tôt à la boulangerie, plus vous avez de chances d’avoir le premier choix. Je suis arrivé vers 14 h, le menu affiché était donc limité, la fermeture étant fixée à 15 h. D’après ce que j’ai compris, “Hector’s Bakery” est une grande cuisine, une boulangerie et une boucherie avec vue sur la cuisine ouverte qui est censée fournir tous les restaurants de @hectors_deli en sandwichs et donuts. L’établissement est polyvalent : on y trouve des produits fermentés destinés aux autres restaurants, du café torréfié maison et bien d’autres surprises ! Le flat white a été apprécié ; j’ai acheté un sac de grains. La musique était un peu forte, car elle résonnait avec les conversations et l’agitation de la cuisine. Le décor, avec ses tables et tabourets blanchis apporte une sensation de luminosité, sublimée par les grandes fenêtres. En conclusion, arrêtez-vous dans l’un des restaurants et goûtez un de leurs sandwichs.

You know my weakness for bakeries. Discovering them would be on par with visiting a cafe☺️. One thing to remember, the earlier you arrive at the bakery, the better your chances of getting first choice. I arrived around 2:00 PM so the menu posted was limited, closing time being 3:00 PM. From what I understand of the place, “Hector’s Bakery” is a large kitchen, bakery, butcher shop with a view of the open kitchen that supposedly supplies all the branches of @hectors_deli with sandwiches and donuts. The place multitasks by including fermented products also intended for the other branches, the house-roasted coffee and what other surprises. The flatwhite was appreciated, I bought a bag of beans. The music was a little loud because it echoed with the surrounding conversations and the movement in the kitchen. The decor, with its whitewashed tables and stools, brings in a sense of brightness, complemented by the large windows. So in conclusion, stop by one of the branches and try one of their sandwiches.
