Had the iced freddo and freddo cap. First time visiting this coffee shop and let me tell you, what a pleasant experience! In this day and age, a good product isn't the only thing that is important because rudeness is enough for me not to come back. Good customer service goes a LONG way. Not only was the coffee delicious, but I also had a pleasant interaction with the barista! 10/10 would recommend!

Alphabet cafe is new shop in the Mile end. This place grew fast and furious and has now become a fan favourite. Unfortunately the atmosphere and the people put a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel welcome and I do not think im the only one who felt this way. The coffee itself wasn't my favourite either.
Very disappointed.

Really liked the freddo cap! Would come back to grab coffee. However I personally got overwhelmed by the amount of ppl and sound (music + voices) so I couldn’t stay despite them having a laptop zone (which is very appreciated). Also staff was very friendly.

Pros: good coffee, great location (right across from Bernie!!), very nice staff
Cons: super busy, nowhere to stand while you’re waiting to order/get your coffee.
