Ambiance is delightful spacious and pretty.
The barrista offered coffees from the menu - or premium from the bulk beans available.
I was offered the option of espresso based or filter coffee.
The coffee I had (espresso americano) was technically perfect rich and well made, but no option for a pour over (unless I missed the French word)… but also no recognition of V60 or chemex.
That’s ok..not what I was looking for but quite enjoyable nonetheless.

A la Brûlerie du Roy, on entend parler de café avec passion. On sent que la recommandation est sincère. On se fait suggérer de belles découvertes. J'ai même braver la pluie pour un double du Roy. 😍😍😍
