@faradays.cage “is a metal enclosure which can be solid or cage-like. It prevents any electromagnetic signals, such as mobile phone reception, WiFi and Bluetooth, from getting in, or out”. A place the owner wanted people to come in and relax while forgetting the hassle of the day for a moment. So I guess the name of the coffee is quite appropriate. Now, here is something special about the owner, past lives as a dentist and electrical engineer and he kept a well-fed sourdough culture fermenting for 30 years before making the plunge. I ordered one serving of sourdough toast and 🥹 wanted to eat more 😋. I definitely will come back. Loved the brick interior.
