1653

1653 is a classic blend. It has been created and roasted to satisfy classic and comforting cups of coffee.

The blend is made up of two key origins. The first coffee is a Salvadoran from Santa Ana and the second is a Costa Rican from Tarrazú.

Both are washed process coffees, are grown between 1300 m & 1600 m above sea level, and are sourced from various small to medium sized farms in their region.

The result is a coffee with notes of roasted hazelnut, cacao and honey.

Calendrier de l’Avent, jour 8 ! Mon favori jusqu’ici! Ce n’est pas dans les notes de dégustation, mais j’avais dénoté un petit côté poivré qui me plaisait énormément. C’était peut-être la noisette rôtie finalement. Peu importe, c’était excellent !

So well balanced and I love the hint of chocolate. I noticed some cherries for the smell, but maybe I'm crazy 😆
