Trailblazer is an ode to the art of forging new ways. We hope that this coffee is the beginning of a new thought, dream or idea that will forge the world you want to live in. Trailblazer is a washed delicious and very sweet coffee that stands out on his own. With notes of Raisins, Apple, and Vanilla, trailblazer might catch your palettes by surprise. This is mostly a filter coffee but should you want to brew it any other way, we find it very versatile. Trailblazer was sourced from Mutovu washing station in the region of Nyamasheke, in the area of Western Rwanda. The Mutovu coffee station is fairly new. The coop is growing and the farmers are trailblazing every year. Improving equipment, building new warehouses. They received CAFE Practices certification too, which means they are separating process batches by day of delivery. This coffee is also homage to the farmers who put in so much work and their livelihood, to create a better future for themselves and their families. This coffee is also proof that you can create the future that you long for!
