Our flagship roast is a blend of Guatemala Antigua and Panama Bouquet beans. We medium roast these beans for a well rounded flavour profile with very low acidity. Both of these origins are grown in the beautiful hills of Central America above 1300masl and we get rich flavours of caramel, toasted almonds and creamy dark chocolate.
