Light Roast
Caffè Luna is sourced from a small farming community in San Marcos, Guatemala located more than 1,372 meters above sea level. High altitude coffees mature more slowly, which makes the beans harder and denser than beans grown at lower elevations. Removing defects with meticulous hand sorting provides unmatched consistency, and altogether gives the coffee a rich and desirable taste attribute.
