As soon as you grind it, the molasses notes are there. I found this cup of coffee pretty good. I didn’t think I could get a coffee with a light roast with mainly strong notes of molasses, dates and caramel. The citrus notes show up a bit later when the coffee cools down.

The notes are definitely more subtle than other coffees, but I think that's perfect for a daily driver! This one is balanced, light acidity, and all around a very comforting taste.
