Partir à la recherche de café dans des endroits particuliers est toujours fascinant. Parfois, on peut faire des découvertes inattendues. Situé dans une petite zone industrielle, le torréfacteur @makercoffeemelbourne et son café proposent à ses clients des sacs de grains, des boissons et quelques bouchées. Mon flatwhite ainsi que ma brioche a la cannelle était délicieux, j’ai adoré l’endroit.

À ce jour, Reground a détourné plus de 1 480 000 kilos de café moulu des décharges ; dans le processus, la communauté Reground a évité plus de 3 000 tonnes d’émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Le modèle de recyclage hyperlocal de Reground a enrichi plus de 700 jardins communautaires et agriculteurs urbains et a aidé plus de 500 organisations à se connecter plus profondément à leurs communautés. Located in a small industrial area, Maker Coffee Roastery and Cafe offers customers bags of beans, drinks and a few bites.
