Mélange Signature

Mélange Signature is one of their main blends, formerly known as Fullum. It has been created and roasted to be enjoyed both as espresso and filter coffee.

The blend is composed of three main origins. The first is a natural Brazilian coffee, from the Fazenda Barreiro farm in the Poços de Caldas region.

The second is a natural Brazilian coffee from the Fazenda Recreio farm in the Vale da Grama region.

The third is a natural Rwandan coffee, from various farmers around the Nyamyumba washing station.

The resulting cup is reminiscent of milk chocolate, praline and caramelized nuts.
