Las Rosas

Huila is a department of Colombia located in the southwest of the country. It is part of what the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation calls the New Coffee Triangle alongside the Nariño and Cauca departments. Farms in the area are usually smaller and situated at higher altitudes than in the northern regions.

This coffee is sourced from 300 women producers associated with the Las Rosas Women's Coffee Project in La Plate, Huila. Access to a transparent, well-functioning, rotating credit fund has been life-changing for the women of Las Rosas. And they’ve been able to turn that credit into year over year improvements in income, output, and quality. And that quality really stands out when you taste this Swiss Water decaffeinated coffee.
