This unique mircolot of washed coffee comes from a family of producers in the Tarrazú region. Daniela who handles quality control and microlot preparation, studied environmental engineering and uses this background to produce spectacular coffees. Expect sweet, buttery notes, with red fruit acidity, and the clean finish unique to washed coffees.
