Black Minivan

Junín is a department of Peru located in the central highlands and the westernmost portion of the Peruvian Amazon. The region has a very heterogeneous topography, hosting plateaus, valleys, jungles and even snowy peaks.

This coffee is sourced from various farmers of the ASAPAJEM coop in Satipo, Junín. This specific lot is comprised of Caturra & Catuai varietals grown between 950 and 1350 meters above sea level.

The resulting cup reminds us of dark chocolate, caramel & nuts.
